Something about Halo 3

I know I don't come often on the forums and when I do I mostly randomly dissapear again.
However, I thought you'd all find this rumor interesting:

Possible port Halo 3 to Windows?

Seems like it actually could be possible. I hope so but they've waited so long for this xD. It will probably be Halo 5 or maybe even 6 (D:) before we could even see conformation of the actual port of 3 instead of a conformed "rumor" if you will lol.

Maybe they will use Halo 3 as a way to popularize Windows 8. They surely must be up to something with Win8.

Could be, but I mean are they really that stupid to step into the same hole twice?

I mean they tried it with windows vista release when they made halo 2 work with it and looked how that turned out. If they really want to promote the sales then yes, I'd say release halo 3 on the same day with win8 and have some extra benefits, etc, buy windows 8 and recieve discount on halo 3 of 50% or something like that. But in the mean time, the would also be avaliable for other windows as well. Otherwise they will just have the same story all over again.

This is of course provided that the rumour is going to become an actual thing and they will use halo 3 for win 8 promotion.

I doubt it's Halo 3, this article refers to a Halo game played in 3rd person view... so basically, it will be another halo game with gears of war gameplay...

That would certainly be... strange.
I do hope though that it's just another weird translation.
