I talked to moose a while back about that and i used to know his hosting company. If we do that we might as well get our own domain name and etc.

If we're going to do this anyway, then we should decide where we get the servers, from what world part, or even country.

I'd say Europe, not only because I live there but also because it is the land that is in between of America and Russia.

It's like $150-$200 a month for a reasonable limestone server... I can do it, but seems a bit steep. Might need to do some more hunting, but seems most servers are around that price range Neutral

Any ideas?

That is alot of money for a server, mmhh.
Can't we ask MonsterMoose if we can have a little bit of his space, for let's say, less money?
I'm sure he will understand it, to keep trying to have Halo 2 Vista alive.
Although, I'm not sure. I don't know him Razz

Sounds like a nice idea, but I don't think it will work... the main reason is that to 'share' space we would basically need 1 whole server, and moose would then charge full price, so it doesn't make much of a difference. And he has multiple servers, so he must pay a lot and won't be willing to drop the price. On the other hand I don't think he would want to give up a server to us either because he uses them all.
